3. Services

3.1 Scheduling and Delivery. After you register and complete the required enrollment process, we will confirm the date and time for any live session, consultation, or workshop.

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule a Service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

3.3 No Refund Services. Certain one-on-one consultations and personalized reviews are non-refundable once delivered. This is due to the preparatory work and resources allocated specifically for your engagement.

4. Info Products

4.1 Delivery. Info Products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase or via direct download link.

4.2 Refund Eligibility. If you believe an Info Product is defective or not as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. To do so, please submit your request through our contact form, providing your order details and reasons.

4.3 Processing Refunds. Approved refunds for Info Products will be credited back to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. Goods

5.1 Shipping. Physical items are shipped to the address you provide. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5.2 Returns and Refunds. You may return unopened Goods within 30 days of receipt. Contact us via our contact form to obtain a return authorization. Returned items must be in original condition.

5.3 Refund Processing. Once we receive and inspect the returned Goods, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 14 business days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Extended Refund Policy

We strive for your satisfaction. Depending on the type of offering, refunds are managed as follows:

Services: Refunds for group workshops or prerecorded sessions may be requested up to 7 days before the event. After that period, transfers to a future session are permitted but refunds are not unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Info Products: Defective or incomplete digital materials are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Partial refunds may be offered if issues are minor.

Goods: Refunds or swaps are available for unopened items within 30 days. For opened items, refunds may be provided at our discretion less any handling fee.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method. You may also opt to transfer credit to another offering of equal or lesser fee if available. We do not offer refunds for certain personalized Services once deliverables have been provided, as outlined in Section 3.3.
